 Big screen superhero Robert Downey Jr. has some super news: he's expecting a child with wife Susan Downey.

The actor, who reprises his role as Iron Man in the upcoming movie The Avengers, and his wife of six years are set to welcome their first child together early next year.

"Robert and Susan could not be more excited over this news," his rep tells PEOPLE. "They can't wait to welcome this new baby into their wonderful family."

The actor, 46, is already a father to Indio, 17, his son with ex-wife Deborah Falconer.

“It’s a boa constrictor,” the teenage prankster and pop star told Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson on the red carpet as he carried the reptile into the event.

While a source told Access Hollywood for a story published on Saturday that “Punk’d” is returning to MTV, with Justin Bieber having pranked Taylor Swift for the first episode back (a premiere date has not yet been announced), Justin was straight faced when he revealed what the snake is called.

US: When did you start making music?

HH: I started making music around two years old. My parents noticed I would make musical instruments out of household items and so my grandmother gave me a toy accordion for my birthday. I had no patience for lessons so I just sat around the radio and learned by ear on my own time and in my own way. I just fell in love with music.

A spokesman for the Hong Kong actor told E! News that Chan is "very much alive."

Chan's alleged demise was yet another in a series of celebrity death hoaxes that have spread through cyberspace in recent years. In fact, it was only in March that Chan’s death was last fabricated.

 YAHOO> LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - It's been a busy week in the home of Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren, and it's about to get busier.

Alba gave birth over the weekend to her second daughter, Haven Garner Warren, and this coming Friday, Alba's new movie, "Spy Kids: All the Time in the World 4D," lands in theaters.

"Cash and I are so excited to announce the birth of our daughter Haven Garner Warren," Alba posted on her Facebook page over the weekend. "She was born on Saturday, weighed 7 lbs. and 19 inches long. Healthy and happy! Big sister Honor couldn't be more excited about the new addition to our family."

Being a mom mirrors Alba's role in the fourth installment of "Spy Kids." Both she and her character, Marissa, have new babies in their lives, but that's where the similarities end. Marissa is a retired secret agent and when she is pulled back in to action, she brings her two stepchildren along.

Kim Kardashian sues Old Navy over look-alike ads

 LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Reality TV star Kim Kardashian sued retailer Old Navy on Wednesday to force the clothing store chain to quit using a look-alike model in advertisements the celebrity claims hijack her fame.

Attorneys for the star of TV show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" on the E! cable network said in the lawsuit that Old Navy knew what it was doing when it launched the sales blitz in February using a woman with a striking resemblance to the fashion trendsetter.

"The infringing ads are likely to cause confusion, and have caused actual confusion, in the minds of the consuming public as to an association of Kim Kardashian with defendants' products and services," the lawsuit states.

Longtime Braves announcer Ernie Johnson Sr. dies at 87

 LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Ernie Johnson Sr., a longtime voice for Atlanta baseball, died Friday night from complications of a long illness. He was 87.

Johnson was the TBS voice of the Atlanta Braves, earning recognition in the Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame.

"The Braves family has suffered a great loss today," Braves president John Schuerholz said in a statement. "Ernie was the heart and soul of the Braves for so long, first as a player and then as the voice of the team in the broadcast booth. Our hearts are heavy today and we will miss him dearly. We send our deepest condolences to his wife of 63 years, Lois, his children, Dawn, Chris and Ernie Jr., and to his grandchildren."

Tina Fey gives birth to second child

 YAHOO.COM LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - "30 Rock" creator and star Tina Fey gave birth to a girl on Wednesday, People magazine has reported.

Penelope Athena Richmond is the second child for Fey, 41, and her composer husband, Jeffrey Richmond, 50.

The Emmy-winning writer/performer and author of the nonfiction book "Bossypants," Fey first revealed her pregnancy to Oprah Winfrey in April.

Earlier, in an essay for the New Yorker, she had written about agonizing over having a second child. Fey and Richmond's first child, Alice, is 5.

Fey told Winfrey, "My husband and I really decided that we felt rather than risk having '30 Rock' end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing that we were going to prioritize our family."

Miranda Cosgrove breaks ankle in tour bus crash

 YAHOO> LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Miranda Cosgrove, the 18-year-old star of Nickelodeon's "iCarly" TV show, broke her ankle when her tour bus crashed on Thursday, her spokeswoman said.

Cosgrove has postponed her "Dancing Crazy" North American tour until further notice because of the crash, the spokeswoman said in a statement.

"Miranda Cosgrove's tour bus was involved in an accident early this morning in Illinois on I-70, just outside of Vandalia. There were 5 passengers on the bus, and Miranda suffered a broken ankle," she said.

"We are told everyone will be fine. Because of this, her tour is postponed until further notice," the statement said.
